Passion for Pleasure
Restaurant
True enjoyment begins with the origin. Our kitchen focuses on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and works closely with selected suppliers. Seasonal, honest, and respectful of nature and producers, we create fresh dishes every day that reflect the character of the region – responsible enjoyment. Our commitment is evident not only in the sourcing of ingredients but also in our packaging-free buffet area.
Our restaurant is open not only to hotel guests but also to external visitors. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we kindly ask for table reservations in advance.
The Hautzinger organic sheep farm in Tadten stands for honest, high-quality sheep's milk and meat products from certified organic animal husbandry. Sheep's cheese, sausage and meat specialities are produced with great care on the farm – perfect for an authentic regional taste experience straight from the farmers' market to your kitchen.
The Goldenitsch bakery is a traditional family bakery in St. Andrä am Zicksee, which bakes fresh bread and pastries every day using regional ingredients. Now in its third generation, it combines traditional craftsmanship with selected regional raw materials to produce authentic baked goods that delight our guests at breakfast.
Start your day in Lake Neusiedl National Park with a breakfast that combines enjoyment, quality and regionality. Our lovingly prepared breakfast buffet offers everything your heart desires – fresh, sustainable and with a strong regional focus.
Look forward to crispy pastries from a local bakery, homemade jams and spreads, selected sausages and ham specialties, as well as fine organic cheeses from the Lake Neusiedl region.
A particular highlight is our high-quality organic muesli from VERIVAL, complemented by freshly prepared egg dishes.
For tea lovers, we serve exquisite BIOTEAQUE organic teas, made with natural flavors and the highest quality. Of course, coffee specialties and locally sourced juices are also available.
We offer vegetarian and gluten-free options, as well as oat, almond, soy, and lactose-free milk.
Our seasonal lunch buffets take place every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month from 12:00 to 14:00. Classics such as boiled beef and baked assortments are fixed components, supplemented by five other changing main courses. Selected dishes are freshly prepared in our open kitchen and at the grill station. The buffet is rounded off with homemade Illmitz pastries – traditional and constantly reinterpreted.
Surrounded by the vastness of the national park and the tranquil beauty of the Seewinkel region, our hotel bar is a place where nature and enjoyment merge. When the sun sets over the salt lakes outside and the wind blows through the vineyards, we raise our glasses inside – consciously, calmly and with all our senses.
Our hotel bar is a retreat after a day spent in nature. A place for conversation, tranquillity and special moments – in harmony with the landscape that surrounds us.
Come by, take a seat and let the Seewinkel come alive in your glass.
Seewinkel is one of Europe's most unique wine regions. The special combination of sun, lake and steppe gives the wines their distinctive character. It is precisely this diversity that we want to bring to life in our bar – with carefully selected wines that tell the story of the landscape from which they originate.
In addition to wine, local gin specialities play an important role. Distilled with herbs, flowers and botanicals from the surrounding area, they reflect the aromas of the national park – clear, refined and close to nature.
For us, true enjoyment begins with encounters. With people who are passionate about their work and whose philosophy matches ours.
In our search for precisely these partners, we came across the Seewinkelhof Salzl winery. Working closely together and with great sensitivity, we created our own Hotel Nationalpark Edition – wines that bear the hallmarks of the region and accompany special moments.
The collection is complemented by our Hotel Nationalpark Tresterbrand, which emerged from this partnership: honest, full of character and deeply rooted in Seewinkel.
A small, fine collection that tells the story of what the Hotel Nationalpark stands for – quality, regionality and enjoyment with soul.

Each day features a changing selection of dishes that combine seasonal ingredients with both traditional and modern recipes. From Friday to Sunday evening, the experience becomes more personal: during this time we serve a carefully curated small menu or seasonal set menu, inspired by regional availability. Fresh products, creative preparation, and honest flavors take center stage.
