Our Hotel Nationalpark is a true family project – supported by three generations, grown with a lot of love, passion, energy and a large dose of family spirit.

Looking towards the future

Today, we – Tina and Reinhard Sattler – run the hotel with great passion, vision, and a strong sense of down-to-earth values.

With joy and confidence, we look to the future, hoping that one day our son Matthias will follow in our footsteps and continue the story of our hotel.

Even now, Matthias is actively involved in the business, contributing his ideas, energy, and enthusiasm – especially during the current renovation project, which we are implementing together with great dedication in 2025.

Extensive modernisation

A large-scale renovation involving the construction of a new kitchen, bar and seminar rooms, as well as the modernisation of the pool and wellness area and numerous rooms, set new standards in comfort and quality.

In 1996, Elfriede and Otto Salzl laid the foundation stone for our establishment. With their warmth, courage and flair for hospitality, they created a place where guests can feel at home in the heart of the national park.
